SARAH Duggan
As a former competitive ballroom dancer, Sarah knows how to take on complex routines while anticipating next steps with grace and style—a skill set she uses daily as a paralegal at Vivid IP. She applies her wide-ranging communications background and paralegal training by assisting our attorneys with trademark prosecution, portfolio oversight, copyright protection, and IP litigation projects. It’s not easy to swing from project to project, but Sarah stays poised, polished, and always puts her best foot forward.
With an M.A. in Professional Communication and experience teaching college English, she also has a way with words, effortlessly translating complex IP information into everyday language. Need a report that breaks down complicated trademark findings? Sarah’s got you covered.
Whether she’s maintaining our docket, researching trademarks, or assisting with litigation, Sarah takes great pride in helping our clients achieve their IP goals. We love that she’s a meticulous and creative problem-solver, never afraid to take the lead when guiding our clients through their IP journeys.
Sarah’s a lifelong learner inside and outside the office, but when she takes five, she’s passionate about dancing (of course), cooking, and “pawrenting” her French bulldog, Schöne.
Humble by nature, Sarah’s not one to sing her own praises. (Leave that to us.) She’s compassionate, multitalented, quick on her feet, and always nails the landing. We’re so glad to have Sarah as part of the Vivid IP team—and to shine the spotlight on all her achievements.
